HELP FUND THE FUTURE OF TEXAS
Some foundations, estates or organizations are restricted by their governing instruments from making charitable gifts to any entity that does not fall under the provisions of section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code. The University of Texas Foundation, a public charity, can accept those gifts for the benefit of the University of Texas Institutions.

Leslie P. White
B.S. Geology, 1956
"The University of Texas Foundation was the right repository for our donation of land because of its ability to protect the land in perpetuity. The Foundation provides security, permanence and reliability. The principals of the Foundation have been superb partners, cooperating in putting the land to use as my family wished, providing guidance throughout the process and providing necessary tax documentation. An added bonus is the prestige of the organization and the pleasant demeanor of these dedicated people."
